We regularly carry out testing for a number of large renting agents and individuals who need a Landlords certificate for the re rentals. so if you need to be covered please call Darren and we will gladly organise a visit. Once your happy with the price we complete the job and leave a copy for the tenant and send the other copies to yourselves, we will add you to our database and ensure that the certificate is kept upto date.
